Overview 

The machine is designed and produced as required by the user on the structural basis of the original similar product. It is used together with the filling machine. The machine is controlled by PLC microcomputer and made by the all stainless steel. It integrates the automatic primary and secondary spray and external spray cleaning, high temperature drying and sterilization, automatic bottle falling and unscrambling functions. It is applicable to the multiple bottle types and is the ideal supporting equipment of the full-automatic filling production line of the sauce materials.

Principle of use:  

After the empty glass bottle is placed on the conveyor belt socket by hands, it is conveyed by the conveyor belt to the washing area for the primary and secondary spray washing and bottle exterior washing, then is conveyed to the drying area for drying and sterilization, is conveyed to the bottle reversal area for automatic reversal to the bottle unscrambler, and finally moves to the next filling process through the filling conveyor belt.
